This week my blog is about overcoming hurdles in life. There are three ways you can deal with the hurdles of life and each of them is significant; You can either go under them, go through them or go over them.
The amazing thing about these tactics is that all three forms are effective and useful for overcoming obstacles.
We shouldn’t worry about the method we use to get on the other side of each hurdle life puts on our path. Instead, we should concentrate on just reaching the other side. Don’t ever give up or stop trying to overcome the problems in your life.
If you feel as though you are in the “eye of the storm” presently, the best thing is to seek out help. Tell someone about whatever you’re going through and surround yourself with people who can continually help you and support you.
When I was at my heaviest weight, I lost all hope. I just figured that this is how it was going to be. I made every excuse in the world not to get better. My life was absolutely miserable and my quality-of-life was not good at all.
The legacy of obesity also takes you down a negative path that can have detrimental effects on your health. It’s not a matter of if, but when your organs will start being effected by obesity.
My obesity affected me both physically and psychologically. I was in a really bad place in life. Then I was given a chance to make a positive change in my health and fitness performance. I jumped at the opportunity to achieve those changes.
So my message is that; YOU ARE WORTH IT!
You deserve to have a better life, one where obesity isn’t holding you back or hurting your health. You can rise above and conquer any curve ball life throws at you, such as; financial issues, relationship disagreements, and personal insecurities. We all deserve and are worthy of leading a good Life.
See you next week!
