So you’ve finally decided to invest in your health and get a NuStep for your home. You can rest assured that you’re making the right decision. The NuStep has transformed countless lives around the world, and having the ability to jump on the NuStep and get a workout any time of the day is priceless. But once you’ve made that decision, you might be wondering “What happens next?”
First, your NuStep is going to be made by our manufacturing team in Ann Arbor, MI. Every NuStep is made to order and you can be assured your machine will come off the line made with expert and loving hands. It will take us a few days to build your NuStep, and after that, it’s ready to ship!
We work with a great delivery company to handle our shipping across the United States. Once your NuStep is built, it usually takes a few weeks to get to your home. Several days before delivery, a representative will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window that works for you.
If you’ve opted for the full service delivery, two delivery people will bring your new NuStep into your home and completely set it up wherever you would like. They will also dispose of all packaging material and leave your home as spotless as when they arrived.
But remember, if you’ve decided to go for dock-to-dock shipping, delivery people will simply place your boxed NuStep on your property with absolutely no set up. This is why we always recommend full service delivery for our home customers.

And every NuStep comes with a great warranty: 10 years frame, 5 years parts and 1 year labor. Because of our dedication to quality though, most people never have an issue with their NuStep.
