If your NuStep is 10 years old or older, it may be out of warranty or no longer supported. 

Models that are affected by end of service life: TRS4000 and T4. For more information on end of service life, click here.

NuStep Trade-in Program

NuStep is offering up to a $500 retirement credit towards the purchase of a new machine. Additionally, we will cover the pickup and disposal of your old unit. Below, you’ll find the current NuStep models eligible for the trade-in credit.
